How To Use
INSTRUCTIONAL TRAINING (For Personal Use)
Choose any indoor/outdoor space that will suit your body circumference at least arms lengths apart front and back. Space should support soft spurts of jumping.
Set your watch, clock, or phone on a timer.
With the Cardio Cards face down flip over one at a time to expose the exercise.
Flip over the next card and perform the Exercise. Repeat until all 54 cards are face up.
Cool down stretches and breather for 3 to 5 minutes
Shuffle the entire deck of cards so cards and scrambled. (*DO NOT START YOUR TRAINING WITHOUT SHUFFLING THE DECK EACH SESSION)
PERFORM YOUR BASIC STRETCHES FOR A TOTAL OF 12 MINUTES. (*Keep the timer going)
Perform the Exercise on the Card along with the number of reps as fast as you can. (Note: ALL FACE CARDS (J,Q,K)= 10 REPS)
Turn off timer. Document your time.
Repeat as often as desired.
