INSTRUCTIONAL TRAINING (For Personal Use)

  1. Choose any indoor/outdoor space that will suit your body circumference at least arms lengths apart front and back. Space should support soft spurts of jumping.

  2. Shuffle the entire deck of cards so cards and scrambled. (*DO NOT START YOUR TRAINING WITHOUT SHUFFLING THE DECK EACH SESSION)

  3. Set your watch, clock, or phone on a timer.

  4. PERFORM YOUR BASIC STRETCHES FOR A TOTAL OF 12 MINUTES. (*Keep the timer going)

  5. With the Cardio Cards face down flip over one at a time to expose the exercise.

  6. Perform the Exercise on the Card along with the number of reps as fast as you can. (Note: ALL FACE CARDS (J,Q,K)= 10 REPS)

  7. Flip over the next card and perform the Exercise. Repeat until all 54 cards are face up.

  8. Turn off timer. Document your time.

  9. Cool down stretches and breather for 3 to 5 minutes
